Groin harness
A positioning aid that, when correctly tensioned, provides maximum pelvic control and prevents the client from sliding forward in the seat.

Pelvic strap
Keeps the clients pelvis firmly back in the seat, helping maintain a good sitting posture. Must be used under constant supervision and never as a restraint.

Chest harness
Provides upper trunk support for clients who require lateral positioning where solid lateral supports are inappropriate. Also helps maintain an upright sitting position.

Padded pelvic strap
As per standard pelvic strap with the addition of sub-ASIS pads to help reduce pressure on the bony prominences at the front of the pelvis.

Adjustable laterals
The two pads can be adjusted horizontally and vertically to provide accurate thoracic support for clients who require positive lateral positioning.

Lateral blocker
The L shaped pads are available in two thickness and can be used either singularly or in pairs to provide simple lateral support.

Seat ramp
Seat ramps create an acute hip angle to either break extensor spasm or keep the pelvis in the back of the seat.

Pommel
Positioned on the front edge of the seat cushion, the pommel sits between the client's knees to abduct the thighs and help prevent the legs scissoring.

Available in one size, the neckrest has a deeper profile than the foam headrests to give greater lateral head control.

Tray
The tray can hold a dinner plate or book and has low profiled edges to prevent items sliding off. The underside can be padded to protect the client's knees.
