Please ensure you state product name, quantity, size and any additional product
details. In the event that an order has already been placed please state the

Payment
Account customers will be invoiced on a 28 day payment term.
Customers who do not have a CareFlex account will be required to make full payment at the time of placing the order.
Private and non-account customers may pay by cheque (payable to CareFlex Ltd) or credit / debit card by calling our Customer

information, along with an order/quotation number (if applicable), delivery and
invoice address.

forward a VAT zero rating declaration with your order (please refer to Prices

Prices & Delivery
All Moving and Handling equipment includes postage and packaging except where stated. All CareFlex chair prices include delivery within mainland UK.
All prices exclude VAT, however most items are zero-rated for VAT providing that the goods are:
- Purchased by a disabled person for personal or domestic use
- Purchased by a Registered Charity and made available to disabled persons for personal or domestic use.
In order to qualify for zero-rating a signed declaration must accompany an order otherwise VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
