VAT Exemption
All prices exclude VAT, however most items are zero-rated for VAT providing that the goods are:

Purchased by a disabled person for personal or domestic use

Purchased by a registered charity and made available to disabled persons for personal or domestic use
In order to qualify for zero-rating a signed declaration form must accompany an order otherwise VAT will be charge at the prevailing rate.
