- Has a passion for finding solutions and enhancing the customer experience.
- Craig’s mother is disabled, so he has first-hand experience of caring for someone that has complex needs.
“My career has been focused on the customer experience and ensuring that as a company we make it easy for people. A lot of people are time-poor and so we need to look at every touch-point where the customer interacts with us and ask the question; how can we enhance that interaction? It’s imperative that we do everything we can to make your experience with CareFlex the very best. The team that I work with in CareFlex have a fantastic ethos and it makes me happy when I see the e-mails that we get each week from people that have been delighted with their experience.
