7. What security precautions are in place to protect your information?

CareFlex Ltd is committed to keeping personal information it holds, securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details), you enter is encrypted and protected with 128 Bit encryption on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the bottom screen. Other details such as your name and address are sent over the internet without being encrypted, and this means of transmission is never guaranteed to be completely secure. Information you send over the internet is, therefore sent at your own risk. Once received by CareFlex, information is stored securely on our systems.

8. Password protection.

For your own security, never disclose your Usernames and Passwords to anyone and keep your records in a safe place away from your computer.
