Managing DirectorJon has held a variety of roles during his 15 years’ experience in the Medical Devices industry, and he is proud to have led CareFlex through a period of remarkable growth in recent years. He is focused on ensuring CareFlex is an ethical and trusted partner, delivering high quality products and services.

Sales & Marketing DirectorCraig has a solid foundation in the medical devices industry. With a focus on improving customer experiences, he’s passionate about making every interaction with CareFlex seamless and impactful.

Ian Byrne
Operations ManagerIan has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with a background in quality engineering and production management. Since joining CareFlex in 2018, Ian has helped optimise factory processes, drawing on lean manufacturing principles. As Operations Manager, he works closely with both customers and the internal design team to ensure quality and innovation remain at the forefront.

Design & Development ManagerMatt has over 20 years’ experience in New Product Development & Innovation. Matt started at Careflex in 2019, and alongside the R&D team, has overseen yearly new product launches, and existing product improvements & innovations. Matt oversees a team of talented Design Engineers who put the customer’s at the heart of all decisions.
Caspian Sievey
Supply Chain ManagerCaspian and family moved to Devon in search of a new adventure, knowing their next career move needed to be for the right reasons with a company that provides a valuable service to the community. He takes his role seriously, ensuring everything is in place to keep clients comfortable and satisfied.
Dan Stenton
Production ManagerDan brings a strong background in production and team leadership, with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. As Production Manager he oversees the day-to-day running of the factory, ensuring every chair is built to the highest standard. Dan works closely with the wider team to maintain smooth operations and deliver outstanding results for customers.
Becca Brealey
Customer Support Team LeadBecca joined the business in 2024 as a Customer Support Team Member before progressing to an Operations Administrator role in 2025. In March 2026, she began leading the Customer Support Team where she is passionate about driving process improvements to support both customers and her colleagues and works with her team to deliver excellent customer service.
